how do I get help with blogger?

I have seen a few users mention that they are having issues pasting into the post editing window. I don't know if Blogger changed the system to keep people from accidentally pasting from Word (and other word processing programs) or if it is just a glitch, but the fact is, you should NOT paste from Word to Blogger. There is a lot of hidden formatting and coding that conflicts with Blogger and I have seen it cause blogs to completely lock up or stop showing any posts at all.
